Inside the counter

Walk in before noon and the glass counter is full. By evening, most of it is gone — sold by weight, packed into hampers, sent on their way to weddings and Diwali gifts.

We don't do bulk pre-cooking. Twelve kilograms at a time, every variety, every morning.
